1 Introduction
I produced the insulating flange is both electrical insulation requirements of buried steel pipe sealing properties and electrical engineering required corrosion protection of pipeline flange joints collectively. It comprises a pair of steel flanges, the insulating sealing member between the two flanges , flange fittings and fasteners and fastening the insulating tube and a pair of short steel respectively with two flanges welded .
Insulating flange suitable for oil, gas , water and other media buried pipeline electrochemical corrosion protection , connection. And act as insulation protection.
Insulating flange seal their different insulation into specific pressure sealed insulating flange ( referred to as I -type insulating flanges ) and self- tight seal type insulating flange ( referred to as Type II insulating flange ) two.
I Scope of insulating flange type : Nominal pressure Pn ≤ 2.5MPa.
