1. General
PC-1 multiplex telecontrol and teletransmission corrosion-proof power system is widely used to protect all kinds of metal structures and facilities by impressed current cathodic protection, such as pipelines and cables which are buried in soil, seawater and chemical medium, piers, tanks, ships and coolers. The transformer rectifier is provided with advanced technical index, high reliability and long service life.
2.Production features
PC-1 multiplex telecontrol and teletransmission corrosion-proof power system is provided with teletransmission ports to transmit data remotely. PC-1 巳 multiplex telecontrol cathodic protection system includes two independent transformer rectifier units and control circuits. The system is equipped with multiple sub-circuit cathodes, can protect several structures respectively, can regulate output current respectively and independently to make protective potential achieve the pre-control value.
3. Technical index
3.1 Power Supply: Single Phase AC 220V ± 10%, 50Hz± 10%;
3.2 Safety Requirements
3.2.1Isolation resistance: The isolation resistance between power input terminal and encloser should not be less than 10MQ.
3.2.2Dielectric strength: Between power input terminal and encloser should be able to endure 1500V, 50Hz(virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.
3.2.3Dielectric isolation: Between “Zero Potential” terminal and each signal output terminal should be able to endure 750V, 50Hz(virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.
3.3 Adjustable ranges of output voltage and output current: 1%~100% of rated value.
3.4 Ripple coefficient: Ripple coefficient is not more than 5% when the system is operating on rated output state.
3.5 Operation Mode
3.5.1Manual adjustment operation mode: The output current is consecutive and can be regulated manually.
3.5.2Constant potential operation mode
3.5.2.1 Constant potential is consecutive and can be regulated in the range of OmV — 3000mV.
3.5.2.2 Constant potential precision: less than 5mV.
3.5.3 Constant current operation mode
3.5.3.1 When the system cannot run in constant potential operation mode due to some fault, the system will transform into constant current operation mode.
3.5.3.2 Range of constant current: 1% ~ 100% of rated output value.
3.5.3.3 Constant current precision: better than 2%.
3.6 Reference input impedance: more than 1 MQ.
3.7 The system has been provided with soft start function.
3.8 When protective potential departures from control potential, the system will alarm.
3.9 There is over-current protection in the system.
3.10There is self-test function in the system.
3.11On-off test function: There are manual—control on-off test function and remote control on-off test function in the system. In test, the system is on the intermittent output state for 12s on and 3s off.
3.12Display: The system can monitor and measure output voltage, output current, pipe-soil (protective) potential, AC input voltage.
3.13Choice of operation: The system can choose one TR unit to be operating. The system is equipped with interlock unit to prevent two TR units from being operating at the same time.
3.14Remote data transmission port connected with RTU
The system can monitor and control operation parameters and operation mode remotely by data transmission port.
3.15Protection against lightning
There are circuits of protection against lightning in the input terminal and output terminal. The circuits accord with the rules of I EC 1024.
Resist interference: Input terminal of reference electrode can resist AC interference and instantaneous interference.
